We invest in a thriving Jewish community build for the 21st century. We believe change happens at the communal level and view LA as the ideal incubator to test ideas and solutions that hold promise for Jewish communities across the U.S.

Jewish Early Childhood Education (JECE)
JECE is the engine of Jewish life. It yields lasting benefits for more than just the child — it anchors the entire family in their Jewish identity, community and religious practice for decades to come. Through initiatives like EarlyJ, we help transform the reach and quality of JECE across local communities.
Jewish Leadership
Inspired and engaged communities require inspired and engaged leaders who are passionate, purposeful and valued. The crisis of leadership in our communities has been decades in the making as alternatives for the highly talented offer so much more in terms of personal impact, pay and cachet. Our ambition is to strengthen our existing leaders, through both formal and grassroots channels, while building up the next generation.
Jewish Peoplehood
Many Jews today feel isolated and disconnected from their Jewish faith, identity and culture. Our ambition is to inspire, ignite and celebrate a shared love and passion for our community through events and experiences that bring our people together, near and far.
